The Agent Recruitment Procedure
Once you send us your filled in Application Form , signed &
supported with required documents, we will evaluate your case & if the
requirement is met successfully, your file will be sent to our top
management for their approval . Once approved, you will be intimated
immediately & we will send you a Agency Agreement, which you need to
sign & send back to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the
Agreement. Once the formality of signing the agreement is complete, We will
send you a “Certificate of Representation”.
As An Agent The Support You Will Get From Us:
- Technical Support as an when required
- Marketing Collaterals required for prompting our projects &
development of the market.
- 100 % cooperation for marketing activities.
- In case we receive direct enquiry for a project from your assigned
region, we will pass you on the lead for constant follow up .
What we expect from you As an Agent:
- Promote SSP’s Projects & Services in the assigned region
- Provide us with market inputs from time to time
- Generate new prospects through individual contact & request for
quotation from us.
- Follow up with prospects in regular basis
- Progress Feedback Report every week
- Information about reputed exhibition, in line with our projects
- Recommending Hotels and arrange bookings at the time of visit of any
SSP staff .
