Instant Coffee Plant
Approximately 90% of world coffee production is represented by the species Coffee arabica; about 9% by, the species Coffee Robasta; with minor production from the species Coffee libericia.

SSP has designed and supplied coffee extractors, aroma recovery systems, evaporators, spray dryers, agglomerators to quite a large number of instant coffee manufacturers in India which are running sucessfully. SSp offers the most energy efficient soluble coffee processing technology and are in a position to supply upto 15 TPD instant coffee production plant. Plants with smaller capacities are also available e.g. 50 kg/hr, 100 kg/hr, 150 kg/hr, 200 kg/hr and 250 kg/hr of powder production capacities.

Starch & Glucose Plant
Starch is a polymer of glucose found in most plants. Starch is organised in 1-140 µm granules in plants. Starch is produced from various raw materials like maize, cassava/tapioca roots, patatoes, wheat, rice etc. The technology or the manufacturing process of starch differs according to the raw material used. One of the highlighted aspect of starch processing / extraction is that starch is produced accroding to the requirement of the end users depending upon changing reaction condition (Temp, pH₂ additives) and strict process control methods. Customized or specially developed starch is popularly known as Modified starch. This is superior quality starch applible for varied industrial usages.

Malt & Malt Extract Plant
Barley Malt & Malt Extract are the products of germination of barley grains & these products are designed as :

• Food's Malt & Malt Extract
• Brewer's Malt & Malt Extract
• Distiller's Malt & Malt Extract

We specialize in complete erection and commissioning of malting plant that encompass fabrication of all the hoppers, bins, steeps, conveyors and other ancillary equipment. Barley malt & malt extract are the products of germination of barley grains. Malts are available as food's malt & malt extract, Brewer's malt & malt extract, Distiller's malt & malt extract. These malts and the extracts serve as industrial raw materials.

Egg Powder Plant
SSP can supply egg powder manufacturing plant from fresh eggs. Each egg contains 50-55 GM slurry which contains 22-25% Total Solids. Egg powder can be reconstituted and can be used for making omelette, for baking purpose and several other value-added products.

A plant processing 50,000 eggs/day produces about 700 kg egg powder. Space requirement for this type of plant is 250 sq. yards.

Instant Tea Plant
SSP has designed this plant to manufacture instant quality tea from leaves. The process includes extraction, separation of waste, evaporation and spray drying.

Plant size can vary from a minimum of 5 kg/hr of instant tea to a very large capacity like 1000 kg/hr.

The plant is made complete in Stainless Steel wherever product is in touch. The space required for a plant of this size is 500 sq.yard.

Spirulina Algae Powder Plant
Spirulina is one of the most balanced and the most digestible plant protein source. It contains various types of nutrients, vitamins and minerals which acts as an excellent source of healthy and nutritious diet.

Herbal Extraction Plant
SSP can offer herbal extraction & powder manufacturing plant. The plant offered by us is an integrated unit to produce quality herbal powder with an enhanced shelf life.

The extract from the different herbs, like neem, ashwagandha, mulati, amla, etc. can be obtained in an extractor with the help of water or other solvents or with a combination of both

Vegetable Dyes Plant
SSP offers vegetable/natural dye manufacturing plant. There is a big demand of vegetable/natural dye in the whole world as it is a replacement for chemical dye. Vegetable dye is used in textile as well as food industries.

The process involves extraction of colouring liquor from vegetable waste like onion peel, pomegranate (anar), mango (aam), harda, etc. and then concentration and spray drying to make powder.

This is a highly profitable project. Space requirement is only 300 sq. yard.

Honey Processing Plant
Honey being a biological substance and intended for food & pharmaceutical use needs greater attention in quality and its handling.

The moisture content in honey plays an important role in deciding the quality of honey. Honey with more than 20% moisture are thinner in consistency. The moisture content in honey increases due to hygroscopic nature of honey in which the surrounding atmosphere moisture is absorbed by honey.

Coffee Creamer Plant
In some countries non dairy creamer / coffee whitener is used for whitening of coffee or tea.

Non dairy creamer / coffee whitener normally consist of :

• Maltose syrup - 60 to 64.5%
• Corn / Palm Oil - 30.8 to 35%
• Sodium Caseinate - 2.1 to 2.5%
• Emulsifying agent - 0.05%
• Moisture - 2.5%

Refined Iodised Free Flowing Salt Plant
Salt Refinery are mainly of two types:

• Vacuum Refinery
• Mechanical Refinery.

Where the purity of the Nacl a more than 95% and insoluble are low (max mum 1.5%1 a Mechanical refinery can purify the salt. But when the Nacl contain in the salt is less (In Bangladesh typical value of Nacl content is around 75-77%) and large amount of insoluble like mud and sand are present the salt Purification is only possible by a vacuum refinery.
