Project Management

Project handling and management is very important for manufacturing & supplying a quality project as per the clients need . To ensure an effective management of smooth manufacturing process, delivery in time , erection & commissioning , until handing over of the plant to the client. The following project management activities are done:

Project planning
Bought out Item planning
Job assignment
Assigning time duration to each activity
Scheduling activities
Identification of the activities on critical path
Ensuring on time delivery
Identifying delay for items especially on critical path as delay on these items would delay the project
Remedial actions / catch-up plan to overcome delay on these items

Engineering:

The Engineering department at SSP PVT Limited is well equipped to cater the client’s industrial requirements with a complete range of Solutions which includes “Concept to Commissioning and Beyond…” and covers Development of concepts, Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, onsite project installation & Commissioning, after Sales support, Efficiency enhancement and Product Quality Improvement. The Engineering team of SSP consists of a core group of highly experienced engineers, technologists. and skilled site supervisors.

Drawing:

SSP is equipped with a state of the art Drawing department, to ensure proper design of the projects as per the clients need. Latest designing softwares like Solid edge & CAD CAM are used for precision drawing and designing of the projects. SSP also provides the clients with 3D animated drawings of the projects, PDL & layout of the foundation. The drawing & designing team of SSP consists of highly experienced process engineers & skilled draftsman.

Erection & Commissioning:

For every projects , “SSP”, sends a team of dedicated site engineers & supervisors to the client’s site to ensure successful erection & commissioning of the projects & smooth running of the plant.

Under the erection and commissioning activities, the components of the systems or plant are assembled and erected at client’s site. The assembled plant is then commissioned by client’s operation and maintenance staff under the supervision and guidance of SSP’s engineers. Only after successful completion of Installation & Commissioning of the project, the desired output from the plant is checked. Once the client is satisfied with the running of the plant & the desired output, he issues a “certificate of satisfaction” to our Installation & Commissioning team leader , and then only our team leaves the client’s factory site.

Training:

At the time of erection & commissioning of the projects at the client’s site, our site engineers use to train the client’s plant operators & maintenance staffs to ensure the plant is operated properly to give the desired output & to maintain the plant .

Our engineers trains local plant operators and technicians the know-how, as to how to rectify any minor fault in the plant if any problem arise. The training imparted is both rigorous and regular to ensure that the technology used in SSP’s project is clearly understood by the local technicians.

The main objective of the training is, in time of any minor fault in the plant, to reduce the response time to minimum . The maintenance staff can rectify the problem at ease without hampering the production output .

Our spare parts service assures that customers get all parts they need to secure the continuous operation of their plant & equipment. We also assure the supply of spare parts and components for optimal operation of your equipment. We also assist our customers to plan the right inventory of spare parts for any project we supply.
